Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The BDE will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively presenting our [products/services] to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, target industries, and new business opportunities. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Initiate first contact with prospective clients, effectively communicating our value proposition. Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client pain points, business objectives, and specific requirements. Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and new clients, establishing trust and rapport. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how our [products/services] can solve their challenges. Sales & Revenue Achievement: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to proposal presentation and deal closure. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine effective sales strategies and campaigns. Market Analysis & Strategy Contribution: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve offerings and strategies. Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and market entry plans. Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience:1-3 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or similar client-facing role. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Welcome customers warmly and assist them in their shopping journey. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presented as per visual merchandising standards. Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Participate in regular stock audits and inventory management. Keep up to date with product knowledge, offers, and promotions.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to answer customer queries accurately. Handle complaints or escalations and work towards swift resolutions. Ensure a positive customer experience through active listening and empathy.

Job Description: Generate database for prospects across identified industries. Call new leads derived from lists, referrals and advertising programs. Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion. Explore new and innovative ways to find new untapped prospects. Pulling out data from CRM Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past. Use email to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments.
